Cancellation or Rescheduling Policy
Due to high demand of our services, we ask clients to arrive at their set appointment time. This will ensure enough time for each service given, so every client receives top of the line experience!
We require appointments to be cancelled or rescheduled no less than 24 hours prior to set appointment time. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged a $30 fee due 24 hours prior to their next appointment. Clients that arrive more than 15 minutes after set appointment time may be asked to rescheduled also followed by a $30 rescheduling fee due 24 hours prior of next appointment.
